It smells like SPA!
On 23 October 2022, the best wellness hotels and SPAs in all of Austria were presented with the look! Spa Award at the glamorous Ritz Carlton in Vienna!
In the afternoon on the day before the ceremony, look! invited its readers to a cosy and relaxed beauty and wellness afternoon.
We took the opportunity to impress our guests with our new range of fragrances. Various studies have shown that soothing smells are particularly good for mind and body. The guests also received goodie bags with an aroma or two; Asiawood, Bois de Cèdre and Christmas, proved particularly popular due to the upcoming festive season!
In honour of the occasion, we were able to design our own fragrance for the event. And so, the look! SPA fragrance, created together with Uschi Fellner, was spritzed around the hotel using fragrance machines. The aroma has a unique woody-balsamic top note with fresh-herbaceous green aromas. The woody-floral middle note of bamboo is complemented by warm woody base notes, patchouli and vanilla, creating a soothing and natural calm atmosphere, that complements the event with its unique aromatic SPA fragrance.
At the gala, following the successful wellness afternoon, the ten nominees with the most votes in each category were awarded a trophy.
Michael Kriegler, CEO at DOMI sense, and his wife Lisa Kriegler, managing director at DOMI sense, presented the award for BEST CITY SPA Hotel in the centre of Vienna to the Park Hyatt!
The Park Hyatt has successfully turned its SPA area into an unforgettable wellness oasis. Not only can guests enjoy a "Signature Gold Treatment" or a "Men’s Skin Booster Facial", but they can also immerse themselves in a gold-covered swimming pool down in the former vaults! The floor of the pool is covered with gold leaf rectangles, reminiscent of gold bars that hark back to the building’s original purpose in the early 20th century.
History meets modern within these walls. Tradition merges with innovation. – and fragrance blends with wellness at this exceptional look! event!
Before heading home, guests were handed fabulous goodie bags filled with wellness products, as well as the look! SPA fragrance, which had perfumed the event. – For even more relaxation at home!
